Hi, I'm Cindy

I'm someone who values depth, honesty, and real connection — in my work and in my life. I became a therapist because I've always been curious about people's inner worlds: what shapes us, what we carry, and how we make sense of our experiences over time.

I've also always been moved by the strength I've seen in people. I've been amazed by individuals who have lived through the worst seasons of their lives and still found a will to live, to rebuild, and to create meaningful, fruitful lives. There is something incredibly powerful about that kind of resilience, and it's part of what continually draws me to this work.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 15 years working in investment banking in New York City. That chapter of my life taught me a lot about pressure, responsibility, and what it means to show up for others while quietly holding a great deal inside. It's an experience that continues to shape how I understand and support the people I work with today.

My style tends to be warm, thoughtful, and grounded. I'm naturally observant, deeply attuned, and genuinely interested in understanding people — not just what they're going through, but who they are underneath it.

Outside of my work, I love laughter, movement, good food, and meaningful time with the people I care about. I have a large, loud and lively family who keep me grounded and grateful, and two Cane Corsos who are bigger than me but absolutely convinced they're lap dogs.
